cool, mcsweeney’s for a year and 3 back issues, but still… the sloppy binding of #25 gets to me. why leave so much exposed bookboard?! especially at the joint! it seems to make a lot less sense to paste a 3 cm strip of paper along the joint than to properly construct the damn book!! it’s a really beautifully designed book and if it had been properly executed i would love it so much more, instead i can’t stop concentrating on its flaws :( thankfully the content is boss
