This is Flathead Lake in northwestern Montana, USA. The water is so transparent that it seems that this is a quite shallow lake. In fact, it is 370.7 feet deep.
do want, except montana and i still aren’t on speaking terms. it was the worst and longest leg of my trip back here, at right around 700 miles of road time. the sun set and rose while we were driving through it. so fuck you, montana. i’m sure you’re pretty and nice but you’re also the place where i drove over something random and got terrified that i was going to be stranded in you. also it’s a fucking joke that there’s a city in north dakota called beach.
